  Feb. 4-21 FEB 4-21. San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo at the AT&T Center. Voted PRCA’s Large Indoor Rodeo of the Year for the past 5 years, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo has fun for the entire family. From the traditional rodeo events and livestock show, to a star-studded concert lineup, the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo also includes a carnival, marketplace, and a petting zoo.   Feb. 13 FEB 13. Chocolate Day at the Botanical Garden Informational displays, learn and see real cacao tree pods and find out about the origins of chocolate. Amor en el Corazon/Love in the Heart: A Valentine's Day Concert & Baile with Flaco Jimenez y su Conjunto at the Main Plaza, downtown San Antonio adjacent to the San Fernando Cathedral and Riverwalk. Feb. 13, Saturday from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Free and Open to the Public. Chairs, pets(on leashes), and dancing shoes are welcome.(no coolers).   Feb. 20 FEB 20. Asian Festival - Year of the Tiger at the Institute of Texan Cultures. Located in the downtown area at the Institute of Texan Cultures. Saturday Feb 20. from (10:00am to 5:00pm). Come enjoy the Asian Festival! See and experience many educational and entertaining shows! The event includes martial arts demonstrations, dances, and more.. traditions from Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Pakistani, Filipino, and Polynesian. There will also be cooking demonstrations, and plenty of activities for the younger visitors to participate in such as making paper lanterns, origami.   Feb. 26 FEB 26. An Evening with Heroes: To the people of Texas and all Americans in the World…The Alamo under Siege From 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. A unique educational event. Visitors will be guided along a candlelit path through seven scenarios, in which re-enactors depict the events and conversations leading up to the Battle of the Alamo. Tours begin at 6pm and leave at ten minute intervals. The entire tour lasts 45 minutes. Tickets are $10 per person. Children under 12 are free. Only 500 tickets will be sold for this event.   Feb. 27 FEB 27. Glory At The Alamo The Beginning of the Alamo Siege. at the Alamo Plaza in front of the Alamo. Saturday February 27, 2010. 10:00am- 5:00pm. Free event. This event is in remembrance of the arrival of General Santa Anna's forces in Bejar, the attempted truce, and the opening solvos in the siege and battle of the Alamo.
