  Nov. 6 NOV 6. Diwali 2010 Festival of Lights at HemisFair Park, San Antonio. Sat. Nov 6. from (6:00pm to 9:30pm). Diwali is a major festival largely celebrated in India and for the second year is being celebrated in the Alamo City. Experience this colorful event filled with Indian music, dance, food and a special lighting ceremony as a thousand tea lights are released into the fountains at HemisFair Park.   Nov. 5 -7 NOV 5-7. Lebanese Festival at the St. George Maronite Catholic Community. Come experience the beautiful heritage of the Lebanese tradition with San Antonio and surrounding communities at-large. This promises to be a fun-filled cultural celebration showcasing the Lebanese of San Antonio and the rich heritage that has been preserved since the Lebanese first immigrated in the 1880’s. Visitors will enjoy authentic Lebanese food, indoor stage performances by the Lebanese dance troupe, learn how to Dabke (the traditional folk dance of Lebanon), enjoy Friday and Saturday evening performances featuring a live band and so much more! $3 for adults (12+), $1 for children under 12 and free parking.   Nov.6-7 NOV 6-7. Randolph Air Show at Randolph Air Force Base. The gates open at 9 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. both days. The event is free and open to the public. Free parking and admission.   Nov. 6 NOV 6. 3rd Annual San Antonio Latino Music Festival at Main Plaza, downtown San Antonio. 3LMF: POST-CHICANO SOUNDS a bit cerebral, techno forward & bilingual with American roots Main Plaza Conservancy, a nonprofit dedicated to providing San Antonio and its visitors with the historical and cultural Heart of the City, presents Main Plaza’s 3rd Annual San Antonio Latino Music Festival (3LMF) on Saturday, November 6, 2010 from noon – midnight at Main Plaza (115 North Main Avenue) – in the heart of downtown San Antonio. 3LMF is free and open to the public. Food and beverages (beer, wine, sodas & aguas frescas) will be on sale throughout the event; outside alcohol is not allowed.   OCT. 29 - NOV. 7 OCT 29 - NOV 7. Wurstfest at Landa Park, New Braunfels, TX. Wurstfest opens on weekdays at 5 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays at 11 am. Wurstfest closes at 12 Midnight on Thursday and Fridays, 10 pm Sunday through Wednesday, and 1 am on Saturdays and at 10 pm on the last Sunday. A unique celebration rich in German culture and full of Texas fun! During this 10-day salute to sausage, you’ll find a variety of entertainment options including a polka contest, games, rides, food and drinks on the Wurstfest Grounds in Landa Park as well as special events throughout New Braunfels and Comal County.   NOV. Thanksgiving week thru DEC NOV. Thanksgiving week thru DEC. SeaWorlds Christmas Celebration at SeaWorld San Antonio. Experience the Christmas Celebration at SeaWorld San Antonio! SeaWorld grounds are transformed into festive Christmas decorations including wreaths and Christmas trees. It's a great place to take kids to welcome in the Christmas Holidays.  
   


 
  NOV. 26 NOV 26. Ford Holiday River Parade & Lighting Ceremony at the San Antonio Riverwalk. 7:00pm Friday. The day after Thanksgiving, the switch is pulled to turn on over 122,000 lights that illuminate the River Walk until New Year’s Day. Decorated floats wind through the river in one of the country’s only nighttime river parades. Admission for all river-level access.
